The intrepid team who were led by Tim Davies, head of Colliers International's Bristol office, pedalled non-stop around Queen Square in the middle of Bristol for 12 hours.
Starting at 7pm on 23 June the team of 14 cyclists finished the ride at 7am on 24 June and have smashed their target of £2,000 for the Bristol Down Syndrome Trust and Cancer Research UK.
Tim Davies said: "This is the seventh charity ride that we have taken part in and it's great news that we have already raised over £2,000. We're still collecting the donations so we'll be well over the target.
"The path that surrounds Queen Square certainly proved interesting, testing the endurance not only of the riders but also the bikes but it was well worth it when you consider the two great causes the money will go to.
"I'd also like to thank Mud Dock for providing free servicing for all our bikes and to Venue Café which supplied us with breakfast and coffee on Friday morning."
