We've had poor service at No 7 Kitchen every time we've gone there - after three attempts the milk of human kindness evaporated and we've been avoiding the place. Counter staff seemed to look at all customers in a disapproving manner, as if we'd turned up in their house uninvited and expected them to feed us, and it's all too much trouble for them really.

Went into No.7 Kitchen yesterday,12.03.2013, for a quick snack, scrambled egg on white bread and a cappuccino.
Cappuccino arrived and duly consumed before it went cold, still no food.
30 mins. later we noted people arriving after us were served hot food.On inquiring there was a slight panic but no reason for the delay or apology. A further 10 mins later the food arrived which to our astonishment was not as ordered on white bread.I then said we would leave and asked for a refund at which point the serving assistant abruptly advised her colleague the refund was for the food only so no offer of a full refund for our inconvenience.A coffee not cappuccino was offered when the food did arrive but as we were leaving it was not accepted.
We left and went to the Cafe Mundo a place we have used before,on reflection should have this time, where the staff and service is far superior.Suffice to say our future custom will go there as well.
