  Police are appealing for witnesses after two incidents of a man acting indecently in Bristol. Both incidents were reported in the Henleaze/Westbury-on-Trym area. The first occurred on Wednesday January 18 at 3.30pm when an 18-year-old woman cycling along Grange Court Road passed a man acting indecently on the pavement. She did not stop and cycled away.   The home secretary, Theresa May, has signed an order for the Westbury-on-Trym businessman Shrien Dewani to be extradited to South Africa over his wife's murder, it has emerged in the last hour. Dewani, 31, of Passage Road, is accused of arranging for his bride Anni to be murdered during their honeymoon in Cape Town last November. He has 14 days to appeal to the High Court against his extradition, a Home Office spokesman said....
