Why do councils always get caught out like this ? They always leave the ability to salt roads as some luxury that only needs to happen once in a blue moon in "extreme weather conditions".

Monday morning on Westbury Hill 8am what a joke. The police did not think to close Waters Lane first thing and people did not use the sense they were born with. It was a skating rink. The village was choas for hours. I stayed at home ! I think we should have a refund on our council tax !
