Did you apply to Redland Green school? Did you manage to get your child in there? We want to hear about your experiences in choosing a secondary school for your children.
"Parents Voice" is a campaign group set up with parents and by parents to find out what appetite there is in our area for a new secondary school.
There have been campaigns in the past for a new secondary school to serve Henleaze, Westbury on Trym and Stoke Bishop. But instead of being built at Stoke Lodge, where the school was needed, the Council built the new secondary school in Redland, in effect, cutting parents in Westbury, Stoke Bishop and much of Henleaze, who had campaigned for the new school, out of the catchment area.
The group wants to hear your views on schooling in the city. Sign the petition to register your support for a new school in our area and find out more at www.parentsvoice.charlotteleslie.com
And we'd love to hear your views - so leave comments or start a discussion here!
