Costa award winning author, Moira Young, visits Henleaze Library

Acclaimed children's author Moira Young will be visiting Henleaze Library on Tuesday, October 9 at 7.30pm.

The 2011 winner of the prestigious Costa Children's Book Award will be talking about her new novel Rebel Heart and reading from her classic work, Blood Red Road

Tickets priced £3 for adults and £2 for children and young people, as well as further information about the event, are available from Henleaze Library, telephone 0117 903 8541.

Councillor Guy Poultney, Cabinet Member for Communities, said: "It's fantastic to have such a talented writer and performer of international renown visiting our city's libraries.
