The Villager: one of the great places in Westbury-on-Trym to get together with family or friends this festive season
Whether it's an office party or night out with friends or family, there are some great venues to choose from in Westbury-on-Trym during the festive season.
The Villager in Church Road has a two-course Christmas menu for £14.95 with a third course for an extra £4.50. As well traditional turkey, the choice includes haunch of venison, duck leg and sea bream. For desserts the menu includes the more unusual pan-fried pineapple with chilli, Malibu and coconut as well as good old Christmas pud or plum pudding.
The Victoria's Christmas menu is available from December 1 to Christmas Eve. Choose from a selection of starters, main courses and desserts including delicious Pieminster Christmas pies. And you could combine your party with one of their famous quiz nights - taking place in December on the 6th and 20th.
Valentinos in Stoke Lane has a pre-Christmas menu and is also opening on Christmas Day when the menu will be £55, or £20.50 for children, with under-fives free.
For a tailor-made Christmas do, call the The Post Office Tavern on Westbury Hill. A spokesman said: "Whether it's an office party or family get together, we will happily cater for your needs. We can cater for last-minute bookings as well."
