Bristol restaurant Casamia named UK's best - reaction

Casamia in Westbury-on-Trym has been named the best

restaurant in the UK by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.

Staff at Casamia, the only Michelin-starred restaurant in

Bristol, have had to keep tight-lipped about their victory because it was only

aired on Channel 4 last night.

But to celebrate their victory, self-taught chefs Jonray and

Peter Sanchez-Iglesias, and their parents Paco and Susan, invited 80 guests to

their Italian restaurant.
