How could we make Westbury-on-Trym better, David Cameron style?

What would you like to do in Westbury-on-Trym as part of David Cameron's 'Big Society' plan to transfer power?
Communities and voluntary groups should be able to run post offices, libraries, transport services and shape housing projects, the PM said yesterday.
He says it's a chance for local people to make a real difference. The more cynical may say it's just a way of saving money.
Let us know what you think...

Yes I am a bit cynical. It's a back-door way of making cuts and saving money. 'Devolving power' like this is much cheaper than civil servants and council employees...
