have been sold.

 Called The Villas, the town-house

properties are part of Crest Nicholson’s Harbourside development and form the

centre piece of The Crescent.

Unlike anything ever seen in the city, the

five-storey houses are located on the edge of the quayside giving owners a

unique position in the heart of Bristol

and within walking distance of the vibrant city centre.

Launched in early October 2009, the fact that

all four of these unique properties have been sold is testament to Crest

Nicholson’s vision to design and build properties that have a high appeal

factor and are worthy of the city’s historic floating harbour and maritime

tradition.

And news that the four Villas have been

sold follows a successful financial year for the new home developer which has

resulted in over 90% of The Crescent phase being sold to discerning house

hunters looking for a place to live near the vibrant city-centre.

Susan Young, sales and marketing director

said: “We’re delighted that all of these superb townhouse properties have been

purchased by those keen to own something completely unique in Bristol.

“As our most exclusive properties yet at

Harbourside it’s little surprise they went so quickly. The size and quality of

the homes is unlike anything else in the city and like all properties at

Harbourside there is the added attraction of living next to the Floating Harbour.

“Harbourside living is all about a

lifestyle, not only do you have everything on your doorstep, the views are

fantastic and there is a real sense of community in the area.”

With sales remaining strong it is clear

that the combination of the relaxing waterside location, proximity to the city

centre and quality of properties is proving irresistible to those looking for a

new property in the city.

The latest phase is called Beacon House and

comprises 47 spacious two and three-bedroom apartments. Spread over seven

floors offering a variety of different styles and property sizes over 50% of

this phase has now been sold.

The development’s location, the variety of

property styles and high-end specification of what’s on offer have all

contributed to continuous sales at the development.

In addition Susan believes the spacious

feel of the apartments means people are being hard pushed to find anything

comparable in terms of size across the whole of the city.

 Prices currently start from £269,995.
