Invitation to everyone to join 5k race at Coombe Dingle this weekend

Bristol University Students' Union is hosting a 5km race on the playing fields at Coombe Dingle on Sunday and has just decided to open it up for everyone.

Called The Big 5k Race, the entry fee is £5 and all proceeds will be donated to charity.

The women's race starts at 2.30pm and the men's race at 3.30pm.

You can enter as an individual or in a team. Prizes will be awarded.
